All participants must pay the registration fee. The registration fee covers the welcome mixer, coffee and tea during the breaks, admission to the sessions and conference material including a copy of the Book of Abstracts, and the congress dinner.
 

*In order to claim the student registration fee proof of full time enrolment at University or College must be provided at the registration desk.

** Fee includes the welcome reception and the congress dinner.

• Online Registration ......  Deadline for Registration 15 April  2019

A limited number of travel grants will be provided by ÖPhG for student members registered for the meeting and presenting a poster or a short lecture.

Young scientists, who are participating in the meeting, have the opportunity to apply for a travel grant. Prerequisites for the application are the ÖPhG membership and a scientific contribution (poster or oral) at the conference.

For application, please send the following documents by email until 20 February 2019 to the treasurer of ÖPhG, franz.bucar(at)uni-graz.at:

• Application letter
• Confirmation of ÖPhG-membership
• Abstract for the ÖPhG congress 2019
• Recommendation letter of the supervisor
   

In the event of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Congress Secretariat. Before 04 March 2019, full refund of registration fees minus bank charges will be provided, from 05 March 2019 – 25 March 2019, 50 % of fees paid will be refunded, after that date no refund will be possible.

The congress organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury to any person or property during the congress, whateven the cause may be. The liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The customer takes part in all tours and trips at his own risks.
