Wissenschaftliche Beiträge (Kurzvorträge (10min + 5min. Diskussion), Poster (max. 90 x 120 cm (Breite x Höhe) zu den oben genannten wissenschaftlichen Themen und anderen verwandten Bereichen sind sehr willkommen.

Abstracts sind per E-Mail an Prof. Franz Bucar, franz.bucar(at)uni-graz.at einzureichen.

Zusammenfassungen der Vorträge und Poster werden im "Book of Abstracts" veröffentlicht.

Tagungssprache:
Plenarvorträge können in deutscher oder englischer Sprache abgehalten werden, für Kurzvorträge und Poster-Präsentationen ist die englische Sprache obligatorisch. Es wird keine Simultanübersetzung angeboten.

Scientific contributions (short lectures (10min + 5min. discussion), posters (max. 90 x 120 cm (width x height) to the above mentioned scientific topics and other related fields are very much welcome.

Abstract Submission :
Abstracts should be submitted by email to Prof. Franz Bucar, franz.bucar@uni-graz.at.

Summaries of oral and poster presentations will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

Congress Language:
Plenary lectures can be held in German or English, for short lectures and poster presentations English language is obligatory. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR
     ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS

Plenary lectures are scheduled for 40 minutes, short lectures for 10 minutes, both plus 5 minutes for discussion. PC and beamer are available. Please contact the registration desk to deliver your Power Point presentation at latest in the morning of the day your presentation is scheduled. You may also send the presentation ahead of the congress to franz.bucar@uni-graz.at
 

   POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters (max. 90 x 120 cm (width x height) will be on display on 25 – 27 April 2019.

Posters should be mounted on 26 April 2019, before the morning session and be removed after the closing session on 27 April 2019. Participants are responsible for mounting their posters and removing them. The organizers will provide the necessary material to fix the posters. The poster numbers are indicated in the list of poster presentations in the final programme. Presenting authors are requested to be present at their posters during the Poster Session on Friday, 26 April 2019, 16:30 – 18:00.
 

• AWARDS FOR BEST ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Four prizes for best oral and poster presentations will be selected by a jury and awarded during the closing ceremony. In order to receive an award it is obligatory that a member of the presenting group is present at the award ceremony.
